Policies and Terms


Booking and Scheduling Policy:

• All clients must schedule their first energy healing session within 1 month (30 days) of the purchase date.

• For package sessions (3 sessions or 5 sessions), subsequent sessions must be scheduled within 90 days from the date of purchase. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of unused sessions.

Late Arrival and No-Show Policy:

•  If you arrive late, your session's duration will be shortened to ensure that subsequent appointments start on time, and the full session fee will apply.

• A 'no-show' results in a client missing a scheduled appointment without prior notice, leading to a full session fee charge.

• Cancellation: To cancel an appointment, provide at least 24 hours' notice to allow us to reschedule or accommodate others. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost or the forfeiture of the session, depending on the circumstances.

• Emergencies: In the case of a genuine emergency preventing attendance, please contact us as soon as possible for a case-by-case assessment.

• Repeated Late Arrivals and No-Shows: Clients consistently arriving late or having a history of no-shows will be required to prepay for future appointments or may face scheduling restrictions.

Refund Policy:

• Please note that all payments for sessions are non-refundable. Once a session is paid for, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Please be aware that our policies may be subject to updates or changes. Any modifications to our policies will be communicated to clients in advance.
