Each session is a 30-minute journey of relaxation and healing, guided by intuitive energy practices. You might experience meditation, visualization, or journaling, depending on the theme. The goal is to sit back, relax, and receive the healing energy.

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a monthly email with the Zoom link for the upcoming session. Just click the link at the scheduled time, and you’ll be brought into our virtual healing space.
